Information given on this form will be transferred to a computer database to used to manage course administration. Summarised anonymous monitoring information may be passed on to funders. We never pass on your personal details to any other organisation.Our courses are publicised by a termly brochure, our website and a monthly electronic newsletter which you can sign up to receive from the website.

Telephone Bookings
We are happy to reserve you a place over the phone but please note telephone bookings are provisionally held for 7 days only and cannot be guaranteed until both booking form and cheque have been received by VST.

Full day courses £50, half day £25
Two day (PQASSO) £80

To secure your place, please enclose a cheque made payable to 'Voluntary Sector Training' with your booking form. If you would like to be invoiced please make sure you state address that invoice should go to. Do not send money if you are applying for a free place (see below).

Free Places Fund
Free course places are available through funding from the Skills Investment Fund which is managed by Essex Community Foundation. In order to ensure that this fund is used to support those in most need, it is intended that free places be directed to those organisations with income less than £20,000 per year. Please note the number of places is limited and is only available to organisations based within VST's area of operation (see map on back of brochure/website 'Contact Us' page). If your group/organisation has income less than this level and you would like to apply, please download and send in this form as well if you would like to apply.

Cancellations
Cancellation of bookings can be made in writing up to 4 weeks before the course date and a refund will be paid. After this time reimbursement, in the case of non-attendance, will not be possible although substitutions are welcomed for the same course on the same date.
