Free Places Fund

We are pleased to announce that VST has accessed funding from the Skills Investment Fund, managed by Essex Community Foundation to enable 100 FREE training places to be made available for smaller voluntary and community groups in year to June 2009.

In June 2008 Essex Community Foundation Trustee Carole Golbourn presented Linda Riley, Director of VST, with a cheque for £5000.

In order to ensure that this fund is used to support those in most need, it is intended that free places be directed to those organisations with income less than £20,000 per year. If your group/organisation has income less than this level, you are welcome to apply by downloading the form here.

Please note the fund is only open to organisations based or working within the CVS or equivalent partnership areas (see Contact us page for map). VST regrets that there is currently no funding to cover travel or other costs.
