Overview
An effective facilitator helps a group work together to achieve a goal – acting as the catalyst for new ideas, thoughts or solutions to problems. This workshop will explore the role of a facilitator, and provide participants with practical tools and techniques. It will also provide guidance on how to plan, structure and run a facilitated session - whether for problem solving, planning, team building, implementing change, or other purpose..

The trainer - Steve Shoesmith has worked in the public sector for many years and is an experienced facilitator. He holds a certificate in Advanced Facilitation Skills and has facilitated many conferences, workshops and other events, including national policing conferences and the annual conference of the Essex Police and Crime Commissioner.
