thinking on purpose

UPDATED On Friday 31st March, between 10:00 and 13:00, third sector leaders and colleagues from private and public sectors will be meeting at Anglia Ruskin University’s Chelmsford Campus to hear (and question) a panel of speakers, and to hold a wider discussion on the topic:

The future for Essex: its people, its communities, and those working to make things better

The Launch event will provide you with the opportunity to liaise with fellow leaders from the charity, public and private sector and will set the agenda for a series of think tanks which will focus on particular issues over the next year. The Launch will also feature a great line up of speakers including Charlie Leadbeater and Dan Corry, who have kindly agreed to travel to Essex to discuss their views on the topic and take part in the event.

Charlie Leadbeater: The internationally renowned author and expert on innovation, social entrepreneurship and the new economy. Charlie is a leading authority on innovation and creativity and has advised companies, cities and governments around the world.

Dan Corry: From New Philanthropy Capital, which aims to provide the new thinking and new ideas the sector needs to become more successful. Dan’s previous experience as Head of Number 10 Policy Unit and Senior Adviser to the Prime Minister on the economy makes him a key asset to the third sector.

Don’t miss out on the opportunity to question and liaise with these internationally known speakers, right here in Essex!
