Small Charities Coalition - Last places remaining for the "A Beginner's Guide to CRM" workshop - 15 June London
For any charity regardless of it's size, it is vital to keep track of your supporters, donors, suppliers and grant applications in a secure and manageble way.
This workshop is designed to help you understand what is involved for small charities in the journey of moving to a more structured customer relationship management (CRM) system and gives pointers and advice on how to manage the trip.
This workshop will cover:
• The need for a CRM.
• Critical success factors.
• How to decide which one is best for you.
• Should we get help to implement it, and if so, who?
• Implementation stages.
• Timescales and cost.
• Pitfalls to watch out for on the journey.
• An overview of GDPR for small charities.
This is a theory sharing session rather than an interactive workshop (although questions and discussion will be encouraged). You will leave the workshop with the knowledge to implement a CRM for your charity. There is no need for participants to prepare anything in advance.
