Course Fees
All courses cost £70 per place per day/£35 half day.
Concessions
To date we have also operated a concessionary scheme which has been targeted
at small organisations (< £20k) who would otherwise be unable to access
training. We currently have no further funding to support this provision. Whilst
efforts are made to secure appropriate funding we will only be able to offer
further concessionary places in exceptional circumstances.

wish to apply.
If an offer of a concessionary place
(£20 per day/ £10 per half day) is made, you will be required to
lodge a deposit cheque for £70/ £35 before the date of the course.
This cheque will be banked in the normal way and once you have attended the
course a refund of £50/ £25 will be made.
If you fail to attend the course,
no refund will be made.
Please note that concessionary places
are only open to organisations based or working within the CVS or equivalent
training partnership areas (ie not Thurrock or Tendring districts).
Bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
Payment
If preferred, VST will invoice you for the appropriate fee, which is payable
within 14 days. If you are paying by cheque it should be made payable to 'Voluntary
Sector Training'.
Refunds
Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend. Cancellation of
bookings can be made in writing up to 4 weeks before the course date and a refund
will be paid less a £10 admin fee. After this time reimbursement, in the
case of non attendance, will not be possible although substitutions are welcomed
for the same course on the same date.
Cancellations
VST reserves the right to withdraw a course at any time. In these circumstances
participants will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
What happens after you book
We will let you know immediately if a course is full and you have been placed
on the waiting list. Otherwise we will send you pre-course information and a
map two weeks before the course so long as your fees have been paid. Please
contact us if you do not receive them. Receipts will not be issued unless requested.
Data Protection
Information given on this form will be transferred to a database to be used
to manage course administration. Summarised anonymous monitoring information
may be passed on to funders. We never pass on your personal details to any other
organisation. Our courses are publicised by a termly brochure, our website and
a monthly electronic newsletter which you can sign up to receive from the website.
If you do not want course brochures
sent to you by POST you should indicate this on the appropriate part of the
booking form.
